What You’ll Do
As a ServiceNow Developer II, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and customizing applications and integrations on our ServiceNow platform. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs and maintain best practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Building and customizing ServiceNow applications and workflows to support business objectives.
  • Conducting peer reviews, creating documentation, and participating in Agile ceremonies.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
  • Sharing knowledge and training team members on new technologies.
  • Driving your own development through learning programs, coaching, and stretch projects.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 4+ years in ServiceNow development, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Expertise: Skilled in at least two modules such as HRSD, ITBM, ITSM, CSM, CMDB, or PPM/SPM.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, automation, workflows, and web technologies (JavaScript, REST, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, JSON, Glide, React).
  • Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM/CSM frameworks.
  • Ability to create and modify Access Controls, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Policies.
  • Experience with Performance Analytics, Catalog Builder, Virtual Agent, and Portal development.
  • Excellent documentation skills, especially for UAT test frameworks.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA and CAD or Implementer) required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
