As a ServiceNow Developer, you will:
- Design and implement workflows, integrations, notifications, and flow automation within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during implementations by providing technical insights and ensuring functionality meets business requirements.
- Support implementation through Source Control, Update Sets, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth transitions from development to production.
- Contribute actively to the technical vision by applying experience from previous ServiceNow implementations and leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in at least one ServiceNow implementation.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and TPRM (Third Party Risk Management).
- Experience with ITSM integrations, Service Catalog, Performance Analytics, and workflows.
- Strong scripting and configuration management skills.
- Experience with Application Portfolio Management and ServiceNow widgets, including basic and advanced capabilities.
- Knowledge of IT Operations Management, ITSM, SPM, and HRSD.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for relevant modules.
You should possess the ability to:
- Apply advanced ServiceNow scripting and development skills.
- Work effectively in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Apply software development practices including Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and Acceptance Test-Driven Development.
- Follow clean code and clean architecture principles.
- Perform refactoring, pair programming, and technical debt management.
- Follow established coding standards and effectively use AI-assisted coding tools.
