As a ServiceNow Developer, you will:
- Configure and develop ServiceNow capabilities for CMDB implementation.
- Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and Flexera for asset and license data ingestion.

- Configure Import Sets, Transform Maps, scheduled jobs, APIs, and business rules.

- 8+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and custom development.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB development, CI classes, data loads, transform logic, and related workflows.
- Strong experience building ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and scripted APIs.
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow security model, ACLs, roles, groups, and domain separation.
- Strong JavaScript scripting skills within ServiceNow.
- Experience troubleshooting integration issues, data mismatches, transformation errors, and platform behavior.
- Understanding of CMDB data quality principles and CI lifecycle management.
You should possess the ability to:
- Convert architecture and process requirements into working ServiceNow configurations and deployable solutions.
- Design and implement effective CMDB data ingestion and transformation processes.
- Develop and troubleshoot ServiceNow integrations.
