- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow integrations.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Familiarity with source control, CI/CD pipelines, coding standards, and clean architecture.
- Understanding of IT Operations Management (ITOM) is an advantage.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional environments is desirable.
