Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for application sustainment support, as well as development of future capabilities and integrations as applicable
- Work in an Agile manner
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develops the application including configuration, report dashboard development, and data migration, where applicable
- Performs custom development as required and 3rd party integrations
- Carries out unit testing and defect resolution
- Carries out migration of the changes to production
- Assists with technical design and documentation
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements
- 2 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or Security+ certification
Bonus Points if you have:
- Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) in ServiceNow
- ITSM experience
- Custom application development experience
- Bachelor's degree
Security Clearance:
- An active Top Secret clearance is required and must be willing to obtain SCI and a polygraph

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
