About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow CMDB Engineer to join our team in Irving, TX. This is a full-time, onsite position for candidates who are passionate about IT operations and configuration management. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow, CMDB architecture, and ITOM practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB and related ITOM modules.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with ServiceNow platform, especially CMDB and ITOM modules.
- Strong understanding of CSDM and ITIL frameworks.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, CMDB Fundamentals).
- Ability to work onsite in Irving, TX five days a week.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (W2 only).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Service Mapping and Discovery.
- Familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
