Your Career
The Financial Services Business Consultant is a critical component to an expanding Financial Services Team at NewRocket. The primary responsibility will be capturing customers processes and desired outcomes on medium complexity deals, translating between financial services needs and the technical best practices recommended by NewRocket technical teams.
Your Impact
- Develop, in conjunction with technical teams, business process related solutions for customers
- Produce and maintain internal artifacts that assist with sales & delivery motions in financial services
- Creation and monitoring of business value based case studies for selected financial services client
- Partner with technical teams to conduct demos and show and tells with client end users
- Contribute to writing test scripts including acceptance criteria
- Create detailed documentation to assist in creating requirements for implementation and training
- Addition duties as assigned
Your Experience
- 8+ years of experience in a Financial Institution with exposure to front middle and back office process improvement opportunities
- Exposure to ServiceNow &/or Salesforce within a Financial Institution
- Solid understanding of financial service process within retail/business/commercial banking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to deliver high degree of customer satisfaction
- Relationship management skills with varying levels
- Comfortable working in matrixed organization
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and change
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Business or Computer Science
- ServiceNow Industry Certifications preferred
