We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module. The candidate will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and HR digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Architect and design end-to-end HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Lead HRSD implementations, ensuring best practices and scalability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Drive implementation of:
- HR Case Management
- Employee Service Center (ESC)
- Lifecycle Events
- Knowledge Management
- Define and enforce platform architecture, governance, and standards
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring developers and guiding teams
- Ensure optimal performance, security, and maintainability of solutions
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project planning
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD module
- Strong expertise in:
- HR Case Management
- Employee Service Center (ESC)
- Lifecycle Events
- Knowledge Management
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting:
- JavaScript
- Glide API
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- Experience with integration technologies:
- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- MID Server
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB
- Experience in solution architecture and platform design
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- ServiceNow Certified (CSA / CIS-HRSD / CAD preferred)
