* Summary
* The Services Operations Advisor provides a strategic partnership with assigned Services management by operating their daily services business with precision and urgency. The incumbent in this role has a high degree of resourcefulness, is an excellent communicator, thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment, and is process driven but flexible in approach.
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Enable all aspects of Services by acting as a liaison between Services departments, Sales departments, customers and our Trusted Partner Network in support of service delivery. • Create Statement of Work and assist in review process, working with Legal and Accounting, to ensure compliance with CDW's standards. • Assign or approve staffing assignments with the appropriate resources and partners to meet project requirements, customer expectations and timelines. • Review and collaborate with services management on resource capacity issues. • Ensure projects are staffed in a timely manner based on predefined priorities. • Assist in creating and analyzing project data to maintain health of project. • Provide full life-cycle Engagement Management for customers and partners. • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of clients. • Ensure all available revenue recognition is processed timely and accurately. • Act as point of escalation to assist and/or resolve customer, sales or partner satisfaction issues. • Other duties as assigned. .
Education and/or Experience Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Technology, Business or Finance. • Minimum 1 year Sirius experience or 2 years relevant to role external experience required.
Required Qualifications
• Ability to work independently with minimal managerial guidance utilizing historical best practice experience and decision-making skills. • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written using a variety of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience. • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines. • Applicant should demonstrate solid attention to detail and a penchant for accuracy. • Exceptional customer service skills. • Proven ability to proactively collaborate, and build relationships, take initiate, and creatively problem solve. • Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast paced environment. • Ability and willingness to work nights/weekends as required to meet client and/or business needs • Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information.
* Preferred Qualifications
* • Experience with Professional Services Automation tools • Experience implementing process improvement projects • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
