An exciting opportunity has arisen within our aftersales department for a Customer Service Advisor to support the administrative function of the department.
Primary Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Manage daily work order input ensuring accurate allocation of labour resource and parts.
  • Proactively manage the open work orders to ensure timely billing of completed jobs to both internal and external customer base.
  • General Administrative duties and accurate record keeping within the Service Department
  • Updates and maintains databases and systems to ensure accurate and current information is available for use by others.
  • Builds and maintains customer relationships.
  • Assume responsibilities as Health & Safety co-ordinator, ensuring all statutory inspections are completed as per Legal Requirement and company H&S Management System


You will have:

  • 1-3 years of experience working in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Problem solving skills.
  • High attention to detail
  • Full UK driving license
  • Knowledge of IT systems
  • Excellent time keeping
  • Flexible
