Title: Service Coordinator II
Job Duties: Under the direction of the Program Director, the Service Coordinator II will assume the responsibilities of the Service Coordinator and coordinate operations and necessary communications during the shift. These duties will comply with Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc.'s mission, philosophy, and policies. The Service Coordinator II will actively participate in and adhere to all organizational and departmental goals and objectives. They are instrumental in the mentorship and growth of unlicensed staff and the coaching philosophy of recovery-based care.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health field is preferred.
- Two (2) years of full-time experience or part-time equivalent in a behavioral health setting.
- One year of employment as a Service Coordinator is preferred.
- Experience in working with health care and mental health regulatory agencies.

About the Campus: Our services at Crestwood Fallbrook Healing Center help clients recover with enhanced resilience, accessing a wide range of wellness tools and staff support. The mission of this program is to restore a sense of hope, empowerment, community/natural support inclusion, realized potential in each client, and psychiatric stabilization.
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$27—$28 USD
