Title: Service Coordinator II  

Job Duties:  Under the direction of the Program Director, the Service Coordinator II will assume the responsibilities of the Service Coordinator, as well as coordination of operations and necessary communications during the shift. These duties will be performed in compliance with the mission, philosophy, and policies of Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. (Crestwood). The Service Coordinator II will actively participate in and adhere to all organizational and departmental goals and objectives. They are instrumental in the mentorship and growth of Unlicensed Staff and coaching philosophy of recovery-based care.

Schedule

  1. Full Time: PM/NOC

Qualifications: 

  • Prefer a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a field related to mental health.
  • Two (2) years of full-time experience or part-time equivalent in a mental health setting.
  • One year of employment as a Service Coordinator is preferred. 
  • Experience in working with health care and mental health regulatory agencies.

About the Campus: Crestwood’s Sonoma County Healing Center provides an alternative to traditional psychiatric care through collaboration, empowerment, a healing environment, peer providers, family partners, and a recovery-oriented milieu. Our PHF program provides the structure and support needed to promote stabilization and foster recovery. Our goals are to restore a sense of hope, self-empowerment and realized potential of recovery in each of our clients and to provide a transition plan to enable a successful return to their community. 



The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. 

Pay Range:

$23$29 USD
