We are searching for a SEP Manager to manage the SEP Training team and oversee the SEP training standards and requirements in accordance to legislated matters.Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop department manual for internal reference for better understanding of SEP Training processes within the section.
Ensure risk assessment conducted before any implementation of safety related procedures.
Ensure submission of both A320, B787 and E190 SEP Training Manuals and SEP Manuals in compliance with CAAS requirement for one AOC acceptance.
Standardisation of SEP Training Manuals to ensure alignment of information.
Maintain good rapport with CAAS with proactive consultation on safety matters to ensure compliance.
Ensure updates and review of training materials via Cabin Safety Instructions duly disseminated to all Flight/ Cabin Crew.
Liaise with third party trainers/examiners in design of training programs to ensure training is conducted in compliance with CAAS regulations.
Supervise the design, development and delivery of SEP related training programs to meet departmental needs in compliance with CAAS, international regulations and standards as well as best training practices.
Triple Fleeting of Cabin Crew
Ensure preparation of A320, B787 and E190 aircraft type training programs for submission to CAAS.
Ensure relevant training presentation, briefing aids and aircraft type differences are incorporated into the triple fleet training.
Ensure available trainers to manage the triple fleet training program.
Ensure availability of classroom and training facilities to conduct training.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience as a supervisory cabin crew on wide-body / narrow body fleet
1 year as SEP Training Instructor approved by CAAS, within the last 5 years
Possess ACTA certification / Train-The-Trainer certificate
Cabin safety experience would be advantageous
Prior managerial experience would be a plus
Skills Required
