Job Description
Join our dynamic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Services Team and make a direct impact on our digital presence. You'll work closely with technical, analytics, and lines of business to enhance website performance and search visibility. This position is ideal for those eager to learn and apply the latest in technical SEO and AI optimization.
As a SEO Technical Analyst on the Paid Media team, you'll provide technical SEO support for cross-LOB teams, helping to identify, analyze, and resolve website issues that impact organic search performance. You'll assist with audits, organizing and communicating the findings and tracking the implementation status. Your work will directly contribute to our strategic growth and digital excellence. You should have prior experience in technical SEO or possess strong analytical skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technical concepts.
Job responsibilities
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify issues related to crawlability, indexation, site speed, and structured data.
  • Assist in resolving technical SEO issues and implementing best practices across websites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technical SEO projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze web traffic, search performance, and SEO metrics using analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Search Console).
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and AI-driven SEO tools.
  • Support the implementation of SEO best practices across multiple business lines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to build technical SEO and AI expertise.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and metrics.
  • Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly and proactively seek out knowledge.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics.)
  • Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to work across multiple business lines.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Prior experience in technical SEO is a plus, but not required.
