SEO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who will take full ownership of organic growth at Kindgeek.

This role is about building and scaling SEO as a core growth channel. Organic traffic is currently at an early stage of development, which creates a strong growth potential and a clear opportunity to apply your expertise, test meaningful hypotheses, and demonstrate tangible results within a reasonable timeframe.

You will be responsible for the development of SEO from strategy to execution, working closely with developers and content contributors. You will also explore and apply AI tools and techniques to optimize content and search performance, including optimizing for AI-driven search engines. This position is ideal for someone who wants to lead SEO direction, influence priorities, and see the real impact of their decisions.

What will you do:

• Own and grow organic traffic as a strategic channel;
• Build and execute a full-cycle SEO strategy: technical SEO, content structure, and link building;
• Conduct regular SEO audits and define growth priorities;
• Ensure technical site health: crawlability, indexing, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, Core Web Vitals, and mobile usability;
• Work directly with developers to implement technical SEO improvements;
• Perform keyword research and identify high-impact growth opportunities;
• Define content gaps and create SEO briefs for content creation;
• Optimize on-page elements: metadata, headings, internal linking, and image optimization;
• Build and manage backlink and authority growth strategies;
• Analyze competitors and identify realistic opportunities to outperform them;
• Apply AI tools and techniques for SEO optimization and content improvement;
• Optimize content specifically for AI search engines;
• Track SEO KPIs, evaluate results, and turn data into actionable decisions;
• Continuously test and iterate to accelerate organic growth.
  
  We are looking for SEO Specialist who has:
• 2–3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (technical, on-page, and off-page);
• Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices;
• Proven experience with link-building strategies and backlink quality evaluation;
• Confident use of SEO and analytics tools (Ahrefs, SemRush, GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, etc.);
• Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Framer, Strapi, or similar);
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS from an SEO perspective;
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results;
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills;
• English level: Intermediate+ (preferably B2).
  Nice to have:
• Experience in B2B, IT services, or product-driven companies.
• Experience scaling organic traffic from an early stage.
• Understanding of how SEO supports long-term business growth.
