You will be part of our central marketing function, which provides support and expertise across a wide range of verticals globally. Our goal is to make the business experience smooth, simple, and effective for both our customers and internal teams.

The marketing function is focused on driving a test, learn and optimise approach to continuously improve performance and efficiency. We work collaboratively across the organisation to deliver best-in-class campaigns and measurable results.

We are looking for a driven SEO Specialist to join our growing global team. This role supports projects across North America, Europe and Australia.

You will play a key role in delivering the day-to-day execution and optimisation of our SEO strategy. Reporting to the SEO Manager and working closely with content marketers and vertical marketing teams, you will focus on driving lead generation and organic growth. You will also have the opportunity to apply AI-powered tools and techniques to enhance efficiency, surface insights and improve search performance.

This is a remote role with a strong team and support structure in place. It offers significant opportunities for learning, growth and innovation within a collaborative global environment.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in search engine optimisation, passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn quickly. A strong interest in the evolving role of AI in marketing is essential.

Ideal skills/background:

• Min. 3 years SEO experience
• Expert in current SEO trends and optimisation tactics to maximise results
• Experience in a range of SEO-focused tools to uncover insights, competitor analysis, inform our reporting
• Love the technical side of SEO – auditing our sites and competitors to find opportunities
• Confident compiling SEO reports and able to communicate to a range of stakeholders
• Expertise in undertaking keyword research to inform the SEO strategy
• Experience in utilising content to drive SEO rankings across the marketing funnel
• Can create a great brief for a copywriter to ensure SEO objectives are clearly defined and delivered
• Demonstrable understanding of offsite SEO considerations
• Ability to run link building/outreach campaigns
• B2B experience highly advantageous
• Able to develop and clearly communicate SEO recommendations
• Comfortable with autonomy and well organised – experience using Asana, Trello, Monday etc to manage projects/workflow
• Enjoy collaboration with web developers and wider marketing teams
• Advantageous if your currently in the mix testing and learning around AI – ChatGPT, Bard, SGE etc
• Previous experience in Multilingual and International SEO would be advantageous
