SEO Specialist

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to drive organic growth through strategic on- and off-page SEO. You will optimize performance, conduct SEO audits, collaborate with teams, and turn data into actionable insights. If you're passionate about SEO and results-driven, join us!

The team 
You will join the Marketing department, which consists of multiple teams focused on driving growth to the platform through omnichannel marketing and rapid experimentation for the HousingAnywhere group and its three brands: HousingAnywhere, Studapart, and Kamernet. 

The teams are responsible for various domains: Content, Public Relations, SEO, Performance Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, CLM, and Product Marketing. 

Your role and impact 

• Driving continuous SEO growth by developing and implementing the SEO strategy primarily for the Studapart brand (both on- and off-page)
• Conducting regular technical SEO audits and developing recommendations for continuous improvements and optimization to technical teams
• Ensure clear visibility on organic performance in various regions and identify opportunities for market expansion. Ensure this visibility is communicated to key stakeholders in a data-driven manner
• Work closely with product managers and software engineers to drive the implementation of technical SEO improvements
• Work closely with content marketers by conducting topic, keyword and competitor research
• Manage and improve the extensive SEO toolstack that is in place. Improve data visualization and transform data into actionable insights for yourself and other stakeholders
• Drive targeted domain and page authority through tactical partnerships
• Be an internal ambassador for SEO knowledge
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and best practices and communicate them throughout the organization

Your profile 

• 3+ years of proven experience in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies (a fast-paced scale-up environment is a plus)
• This role requires fluency in French, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Deep understanding of SEO, both technical and non-technical
• Working experience with the industry tools (OnCrawl, SEO Monitor, Ahrefs or other comparable software)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach, and ease with advanced data reports
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
