We are seeking an experienced SEO Expert with global experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, can move mountains, manage people without being a manager, has an analytical mindset, and excels in a performance-driven environment.

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?:

  • Own the impact of SEO on the company's revenue stream, driving performance improvements and making strategic decisions.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize SEO strategies to enhance organic search performance, ensuring relevant results and a positive user experience. 
  • Plan and execute long-term SEO strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging internal and external resources.
  • Collaborate with content writers, analysts, IT, web dev, geo-marketing & localization teams to ensure correct implementation of SEO recommendations and best practices, and to understand areas of improvement.
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize SEO performance using various tools and analytics platforms, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and changes in SEO and major search engines.

What are the skills a good Training and knowledge an SEO Expert needs to have? 

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in a global SaaS B2B environment.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to details with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing SEO agencies and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Experience working with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
  • Experience with large-scale, multilingual websites, ensuring SEO strategies are effectively implemented.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, crunch numbers, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven, and dynamic environment.
