Key Responsibilities
- Load blog posts/other content on websites.
- Monitor SEO errors, health site reports, general audits. Implement fixes as needed.
- Take ownership of quality assurance for the company's site content.
- Help monitor SEO performance/data reporting to keep leadership informed as possible.
- Help identify "Striking Distance" and missed SEO opportunities.
- Compress/optimize images.
- Ensure all sites are broadly compliant for ADA accessibility.
- Review third-party sites for authority and brand relevance.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of technical SEO (header tags, broken links, internal linking, image size, canonicalization, pagination, XML sitemaps, etc.)
- Some experience with SEO software platforms including Google Search Console
- Experience with content management tools, especially WordPress. Elementor is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML.
Ideal Candidate
- Knowledge of best e-comm/UX practices.
- Extensive knowledge of HTML/basic coding skills.
- Competent copywriting skills.
- Experience evaluating/managing different types of websites.
