Neo Group is on the lookout for a SMM Content Manager to join our Content Team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate content briefs with SEO and SMM teams; monitor quality and deadlines.
- Edit and proofread SEO and SMM texts in multiple languages — grammar, style, structure, and factual accuracy.
- Ensure proper implementation of keywords, meta tags, headings, internal linking, readability, and brand tone of voice.
- Provide feedback to writers regarding edits and alignment with briefs.
- Maintain performance tracking per writer; compile regular reports for content, SEO, and SMM leads.
- Help design and deliver training sessions and workshops for writers.
- Minimum 2 years of experience editing content written by non-native speakers across different languages (editing, structuring, proofreading).
- Solid background in SEO content — understanding of keyword relevance and modern SEO writing techniques.
- Strong grasp of engaging social media content creation principles.
- English proficiency — C1 level or higher.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident use of project management tools and Google Workspace; familiarity with SEO tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, fast learner, and highly responsible.
