Luxury Presence is post-series A, Stanford StartX-accelerated startup, and we’re looking to hire SEO Specialists. Backed by Silicon Valley’s Switch Ventures, Toba Capital and Bessemer Ventures, we’ve seen tremendous growth over the past years.

As an SEO Quality Assurance Associate, you’ll be a key contributor in helping grow the brands of the world’s most elite real estate agents by ensuring all of our website launches are SEO-compliant. You will ensure adherence to our comprehensive SEO checklist by performing quality testing and carrying out duties such as gathering data and reporting on inspection results to set up clients for SEO success.

Qualifications

1-2 years of work experience in marketing or related field
Excellent attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong analytical skills
SEO/Digital Ads experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Utilize ScreamingFrog for website audits, ensuring seamless SEO migrations and early detection of technical discrepancies like broken links.
Verify and maintain strategic SEO focus on one geographic area to establish topical authority and improve search engine performance.
Evaluate SEO viability of targeted geographic locations by verifying map visibility, keyword alignment, data accuracy, competitiveness, MLS listings, and search popularity.
Ensure internal keyword analysis and content strategy process completion prior to any content marketing work and verify blog topics and keywords alignment with the purchased customer package for optimal SEO efficiency.
Ensure consistent Name, Address, and Phone number (NAP) across all online assets.
Verify metadata adheres to SEO best practices.
Check the status of Google Business Profile (GBP); flag for claiming or setup if necessary.
Confirm the presence of campaigns on the Bright Local dashboard.
Ensure backlink campaigns are prepared and ready on Nifty.
Ensure that a minimum of the first month’s worth of blogs, depending on the plan, are prepared prior to site launch.
Confirm the inclusion of optimized alt-text on key pages at launch.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, providing reports on pre-launch SEO compliance and offering insights and recommendations for improvements.
