All about the role:
As SEO Project Manager at Electrolux Group, you will be part of a team responsible for the search engine optimization for Europe & APMEA. Working with key stakeholders across the business to enhance the Electrolux websites positions on search engines and increasing organic sessions to our websites.
You will support with conceptualizing, developing, and managing organic on-site journeys that increase visits, conversion, engagement, loyalty among the Electrolux, AEG and Frigidaire brands. Your key focus is project management supporting content and onsite optimization including technical SEO best practice. To achieve this, you will work closely with the teams that have the responsibility for developing content and the team responsible for the website development.
The role is part of the Europe & APMEA Marketing team reporting to the SEO Lead. You will work closely with 3 other SEO Managers with both Technical and Content competencies. We are a team committed to delivering outstanding consumer experiences designed to scale across our markets. We believe it’s critical to put the consumer at the heart of what we do and how we communicate.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Project Management: Be the Subject Matter Expert for SEO project management, supporting the SEO team driving projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and that all stakeholders we work with are informed and aligned on plans.
2. Local market point of contact: Be the point of contact for local markets in Europe. Setting up local market meetings, keeping track of projects, ensuring local market perspective is taken into consideration in central development.
3. Audit and improve project management: With the help of SEO monitoring tools and Technical SEO manager prioritize what to improve in order for our web properties to rank higher and drive more organic traffic.
4. SEO research: Support the team with keyword and SEO research for internal projects, new developments and optimization. Ensure crossover keyword strategy approach in collaboration with Paid media team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, IT or related field or relevant Business experience-
- At least 5 years of E-commerce or SEO experience.
- Project management experience including usage of tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Trello etc.
- Proven experience in successful project management of SEO or E-commerce strategies for large-scale websites.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors. Familiar with technical SEO concepts like site website speed, crawlability, rendering and mobile friendliness.
- Experience of working with several websites in several different markets with a multitude of languages.
- Proficient across Google suite including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Looker Studio and used Google sheets and/or Excel to populate and make data speak.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, attuned to cross-cultural communication differences.
