About the Job

CharterUP’s Marketing team is seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated problem solver. We prioritize aptitude over experience, so if you're eager to learn the ins and outs of SEO, we'll train you on everything you need to know. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who thrives in juggling multiple projects, learning new software programs, creating comprehensive Excel sheets, building relationships over the phone and email, and assisting in various areas as needed. If you are curious about SEO but don’t know how to start, this is an excellent opportunity for you with lots of hands-on/on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

  • Research potential partnership opportunities with our internal SEO team.
  • Communicate with potential partners via phone and email to build relationships and define partnership parameters.
  • Report progress, obstacles, and opportunities to management.
  • Bring new ideas to the table for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to SEO projects, including keyword research and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

  • Digital Marketing Knowledge/Interest: Basic understanding or interest in marketing principles, including SEO - preferred not required. On-the-job training provided. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and messages.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and assist with various tasks
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
  • Creativity: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to learn and navigate multiple technologies
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic marketing environment.
  • Bachelors degree preferred not required
