SocialPilot is looking for an experienced SEO Manager (8+ years) to join our
team.You’ll own and scale our organic growth engine with a clear business focus: drive
more qualified trials and demo bookings through SEO, while strengthening category
authority and improving visibility across AI-driven discovery (LLMs / AI search
experiences).As our online presence is extremely important to business growth, this role will play a
major part in shaping how customers discover SocialPilot — and how effectively we
convert that demand into product adoption.
What you will achieve
- Grow qualified trials and demo bookings from organic search in a predictable,compounding way
- Improve performance of high-intent organic entry points (comparisons,alternatives, integrations, agency/SMB workflows, etc.)
- Establish clarity and execution velocity through a strong SEO operating system
- Strengthen SocialPilot’s brand/category authority and visibility in AI-powered search/LLM answers
- Support organic growth in Europe by improving rankings and performance in priority European markets
What you will do (Key responsibilities)
- Lead the entire SEO initiatives, strategy and SEO team for SocialPilot with outcomes tied to trials and demo bookings (not just traffic)Develop and execute SEO roadmaps to drive sustainable organic growth across on-page, content, technical, and authority-building efforts
- Own SEO process creation and deliverables, including (but not limited to): keyword research and clustering, content briefs and refresh plans, on-page improvements, technical audits, backlinking/authority initiatives, and internal linking
- Build clear reporting and weekly visibility on what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next, connecting SEO work to signups/trials, conversion rates, and funnel performance
- Work closely with the Content Manager and writers to define content strategy/calendar based on SEO opportunities, user intent, and business priorities
- Stay on top of SEO trends, algorithm changes, and the evolving search landscape — including AI-driven discovery — and translate them into practical, measurable action plans
- Apply solid marketing fundamentals to identify conversion bottlenecks and run experiments to improve conversion across the funnel (SERP → landing page→ signup/trial)
- Maintain effective communication with leadership and cross-functional teams on progress, blockers, and priorities to hit KPIs
- Mentor and raise the bar for the SEO function by setting standards for quality,execution, and accountability
- Build and leverage AI + automation workflows to scale SEO operations (e.g.,audits, reporting, content refresh workflows, internal linking suggestions,SERP monitoring), improving execution speed and consistency
What are you like
- 8+ years’ experience working specifically in SEO
- You do not live only inside Ahrefs/SEO tools — you understand business
- objectives and how SEO drives growth outcomes
- Strong understanding of user intent and its alignment with content quality and
- conversion
- Experience planning, implementing, and reporting a revenue-led SEO strategy (SaaS experience is a plus) Experience working with a content team in an SEO capacity — creating briefs,improving quality, running refresh programs, and building repeatable workflows
- Proficient with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console,
- Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs/Semrush, Mixpanel, and marketing automation tools
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals to consistently identify & run
- experiments improving conversion rates across different parts of the funnel
- Hands-on experience using AI and automation to improve SEO productivity
- and decision-making
- Strong analytics and tracking mindset, comfortable working with product
- analytics to connect SEO activity to outcomes
- Strong project management skills: can lead cross-functional collaboration,
- prioritize high-impact work, and drive complex projects to completion
- Practical approach to improving visibility in AI/LLM-driven search experiences

- Experience supporting SEO growth in European markets (international
- expansion exposure)
- Built personal/team automation for SEO (scripts, templates, dashboards,
- automated QA checks) that improved velocity or quality
