About the role
We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and grow our organic search performance across the Baltic markets. In this role, you will own the full SEO strategy – on‑site, off‑site, and technical – and act as the main regional expert overseeing implementation, continuous optimization, and long‑term growth.
You will be responsible for
- Leading and executing the SEO strategy across the Baltic markets, covering on‑site, off‑site, and technical areas.
- Prioritizing and managing technical SEO initiatives, collaborating closely with development teams.
- Conducting ongoing keyword research, competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Ensuring content and site structure are optimized for AI-powered search engines and modern indexing tools.
- Driving on‑page optimizations, structured data implementation, and continuous content improvements.
- Leading a sustainable backlink strategy and managing cooperation with external SEO partners.
- Monitoring organic performance, running audits, and adjusting strategy based on data insights.
What do we expect from you?
- Strong hands-on experience in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Proficiency with key SEO tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Ability to create, review and optimize SEO content, and collaborate with copywriters.
- Good understanding of website architecture and familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
- Experience leading backlink strategies and sustainable link-building activities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple updates simultaneously.
- Excellent writing skills in Estonian and English.
