About the role

Paradise Media is a high-growth digital media company operating in the iGaming affiliate space. We give our team real ownership and an environment built for focus, execution, and performance.


As an SEO Manager focused on Asian markets, you will own and scale our portfolio across high-growth Asian GEOs. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility — you’ll define the SEO strategy for markets where most Western affiliates fail, and your decisions will directly impact rankings, traffic, and revenue.


Asian iGaming SEO is a different game. Local search engines, non-Latin keyword research, culturally specific content, different link ecosystems, and unique regulatory landscapes. We need someone who lives and breathes these markets, not someone who’ll apply a Western SEO playbook and hope it works.


You will work closely with developers and AI Integration Specialists, using our internal AI tooling to plan, execute, and scale SEO workflows across the Asian portfolio.


Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Own SEO performance across assigned Asian-market sites within the portfolio, across high-growth Asian markets.
  • Develop and execute geo-specific SEO strategies that account for local search behavior, language nuances, and cultural expectations.
  • Lead keyword strategy in non-Latin languages, including long-tail keyword discovery, search intent mapping, and competitor analysis in local SERPs.
  • Manage hreflang, geo-targeting, and multi-language site architecture across Asian market pages.
  • Navigate the iGaming regulatory landscape across Asian jurisdictions and adapt content strategy accordingly.
  • Use our internal AI toolset daily to plan, execute, and scale SEO workflows.
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and revenue performance across Asian geos, and take corrective action when results deviate.
  • Investigate performance drops related to algorithm updates, local search engine changes, or competitive shifts in Asian SERPs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local link sources, publishers, and content partners in Asian markets.
  • Collaborate with AI Integration Specialists and developers to improve and extend SEO automation for multi-language content.
  • Provide cultural and linguistic QA on AI-generated content targeting Asian markets.
  • Mentor junior team members on Asian market SEO and review output where required.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience ranking sites in Asian markets — you understand how search works differently in these geos.
  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable results in at least one Asian market.
  • Direct experience with iGaming, casino affiliate, or sports betting SEO in Asian markets.
  • Deep understanding of how search works differently in Asian markets, including local search engines and regional Google behavior.
  • Comfortable using CLI-based AI tools (e.g. Claude Code) or able to learn quickly.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling competitive websites.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, content systems, and large-site optimisation.
  • Able to balance speed, quality, and risk in execution.
  • Systems-oriented thinker who prefers repeatable processes over ad-hoc fixes.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with more than one Asian market.
  • Fluency in multiple Asian languages.
  • Existing network of link sources, publishers, or content partners in Asian markets.
  • Experience with local Asian search engines beyond Google.
  • Understanding of local payment methods and how they affect iGaming conversion funnels in Asian markets.
  • Experience with programmatic SEO or multi-language content generation at scale.
