We’ve built a fully automated content engine powered by LLMs, custom prompts, and competitive intelligence scraping. It’s fast, flexible, and now needs a sharp operator to help us scale output without sacrificing quality.
As our SEO Manager, you’ll run the system. You’ll take keyword inputs, work with our LLM pipelines, QA content, and push high-performing pages live. You’ll make judgment calls about content quality, iterate on prompt design, and help scale internal linking. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of content, systems, and search.
What You’ll Do- Review and edit AI-generated content to ensure brand alignment, accuracy, and SEO value.
- Analyze SERPs and competitor content to guide content structures and identify ranking patterns.
- Conduct keyword research and cluster terms by topic, intent, and funnel stage.
- Operate and iterate on our custom content generation system (built in n8n with Postgres).
- Apply interlinking strategy to published content using our internal reference database.
- Propose and test improvements to prompt structures and content workflows.\
- Own publishing readiness: finalize titles, slugs, meta data, and content formatting.
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO or content operations experience.
- Familiar with AI-assisted content workflows (e.g. Jasper, ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Notion AI).
- Strong eye for content quality and an understanding of what makes pages rank in 2025.
- Self-sufficient, systems-minded, and comfortable learning fast in a technical environment.\
- Able to balance speed with precision across a high volume of pages.
- Experience with prompt design, structured content, or AI writing tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL or database-driven workflows (even at a basic level).
- Familiar with interlinking strategies, programmatic SEO, or content automation.
$160,000 – 190,000 annually
