Job Role
- Head Digital Works is looking for an SEO & ASO Lead to manage all search engine optimization activities for A23. You will manage all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
SEO Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-traffic opportunities and untapped topics
- Optimize existing content and develop new, high-quality, SEO-optimized content for the website
- Perform regular on-page and technical SEO audits to ensure search engine best practices are followed
- Build a backlink strategy to increase domain authority and organic reach.
- rack, analyze, and report on website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools
ASO Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword and competitor research to optimize app store presence (Google Play and Apple App Store)
- Optimize app titles, descriptions, screenshots, and metadata for better visibility
- Monitor app store ranking trends and user feedback to identify areas of improvement
- Work with the product team to implement ASO strategies and increase app downloads
Content Strategy
- Refurbish outdated content on webpages and blogs to make it relevant and SEO-friendly
- Collaborate with content creators to develop keyword-focused webpages, articles, blogs
Research and Strategy
- Identify trending topics and opportunities within the gaming and rummy niche to target untapped traffic
- Stay updated on industry trends, Google algorithm updates, and app store policies to ensure compliance
Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in SEO and ASO, preferably in the gaming or app-based industry
- Proficiency in tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console, Google Analytics, and App Store optimization platforms
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Experience with content strategy and refurbishing existing webpages for performance improvement
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Passion for gaming and familiarity with rummy and poker is a plus
