Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic SEO Country Manager to lead and optimize our French website portfolio in the iGaming industry. You will be responsible for driving organic growth through strategic SEO initiatives, with primary KPIs focused on Traffic, Clicks and Leads. This role requires a hands-on leader who can both strategize and execute while managing a team of SEO specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for French market websites in competitive iGaming verticals in close collaboration with our Head of SEO
• Lead and mentor a team 15+ specialists, setting performance goals and ensuring best practices
• Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and reverse-engineer winning strategies across Content, UX, Link Building, CRO, and Technical SEO

Technical & Content Optimization

• Identify high-value keyword opportunities and create powerful landing pages
• Develop long-term content SEO strategies aligned with business objectives
• Commission new content and optimize existing content for maximum organic performance
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve user experience and outperform competitors

Growth & Revenue Focus

• Partner with Link Building team to enhance domain authority and organic visibility
• Discover new brand partnerships and work closely with Sales/CRO teams to optimize leads per visitor
• Ensure websites remain cutting-edge and industry-leading
• Track and analyze performance metrics using enterprise SEO tools and analytics platforms
  

Required Qualifications

Core Requirements

• 5+ years of SEO experience with proven track record in competitive industries
• Proven team management experience leading SEO specialists or digital marketing teams
• Native/Fluent French with strong English communication skills
• Expertise in competitive niches and affiliation marketing
• Deep knowledge of both technical and content SEO strategies
  

Preferred Qualifications (Plus)

• iGaming industry experience - understanding of regulatory landscape and market dynamics
• Documented case studies of successful SEO strategies and results
• Experience with multilingual SEO and international market expansion
  

Working Conditions

• Full-time position: 35 hours/week
• Remote work or option to work from our Chiang Mai, Thailand offices
• Overlap requirement: Minimum 4 hours overlap with Bangkok timezone (GMT+7)
• Competitive salary based on experience and proven track record
