This role is full-time and offers home working flexibility. 

Your future tasks will include

• Identifying and recruiting new affiliates to expand our network.
• Developing and managing relationships with existing affiliates.
• Creating marketing materials and resources for affiliates to assist in promoting HomeBuddy.
• Monitoring and analyzing affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns and track ROI.
• Providing regular performance reports and feedback to affiliates.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to align affiliate initiatives with broader marketing strategies.
  

You’re going to need this to be successful in this role

• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing or the online advertising industry.  
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms (HasOffers, Affise, Cake, or custom in-house systems), including practical experience setting up pixels, postbacks, etc.  
• Solid understanding of the online advertising market, including traffic sources, verticals, and monetization models. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this position
• Strong relationship-building skills with a deep understanding of partnership management
• You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
  

It’s nice if you also have

• Previous work in the home improvement or any lead gen industries in the US;
• Experience attending and representing a brand at industry events or conferences.  
• Experience working with at least one major affiliate network.
