The Role
As an SEO Copy Lead, you will oversee the creation of high-quality, search-optimised content that drives organic traffic and engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring all content aligns with best SEO practices while maintaining a strong user focus. In this role, you will lead content production, manage editorial quality, and support ongoing content optimisation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of SEO-friendly content, ensuring alignment with organic growth objectives.
- Write, edit, and optimise content for search while ensuring it delivers value to users.
- Conduct keyword research and integrate search insights into content planning.
- Work closely with the Content and Digital PR Lead to ensure all content meets editorial and performance standards.
- Maintain a high standard of quality assurance across all content outputs.
- Continuously refine and improve existing content based on performance insights.
- Qualifications & Skills:5+ years of experience in SEO-focused content production.
- Strong editorial skills, with a focus on writing for both search and user engagement.
- Knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.).Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure consistent content quality
