Neo Group is on the lookout for a SEO Content Coordinator to join our Content Team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a team of in-house writers in 11 languages, editors, and SEO specialists.
- Source freelance SEO copywriters or agencies and manage outsourcing collaborations.
- Align briefs with the SEO team and monitor the execution and quality of content.
- Assign tasks to SEO copywriters and manage their workload.
- Communicate with SEO copywriters and provide feedback on editing, proofreading, and compliance with briefs.
- Maintain reports for each copywriter and prepare summaries for the Head of Content and the SEO team.
- Organise SEO copywriting workshops to keep the team’s knowledge up to date.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with SEO content.
- Understanding of content relevance principles and familiarity with modern SEO content writing practices.
- English level B2 or higher.
- Experience collaborating with authors in multiple languages.
- Experience sourcing and managing outsourcing agencies or freelance teams.
- Strong SEO expertise (content structuring, editing, and proofreading).
- Excellent command of Russian and the ability to work with large volumes of text.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and take full responsibility for assigned tasks.
