The purpose of this role is to provide support related to search engines. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver impactful SEO strategies that drive measurable results.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SEO projects within an agency environment, ensuring high-quality delivery under tight deadlines.
- Design and implement optimization strategies for e-commerce websites, including international platforms.
- Develop and scale SEO-related tools to automate and enhance SEO activities.
- Apply webmaster experience (even from personal or hobby projects) to real-world SEO challenges.
- Use coding skills (preferably PHP or Python) to support technical SEO initiatives.
- Contribute to technical SEO, editorial SEO (excluding copywriting), off-site SEO/digital PR (link building, link earning, backlink analysis), local SEO, and SEO for platforms like Amazon, YouTube, and App Store.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear, confident, and customer-focused support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Manage time and projects efficiently, working independently when needed and delivering results within defined parameters.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong and broad technical SEO knowledge, including the ability to perform audits on large-scale websites.
- Experience defining content strategies and SEO-driven editorial plans.
- Ability to optimize on-site content (meta tags, heading tags, category texts, blog articles).
- Skilled in delivering organic search analysis and competitive benchmarking.
- Proficient with major SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Majestic, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Solid understanding of HTML and web architecture.
- Mastery of Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio (certification is a plus).
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of work and a positive, solution-oriented approach.
- Effective time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
