ABOUT THIS POSITION:

As an SEO and Website Development Specialist at BAD Marketing, you will be instrumental in improving our client’s online presence, search rankings, and overall digital visibility. You will collaborate closely with our strategists, content creators, and developers to craft SEO strategies and implement website enhancements that yield impactful results. Your expertise will ensure websites are not only user-friendly but also optimized for search engines to generate leads and boost conversions. You will also be leveraging a platform called search atlas that uses the power of AI to allow you to manage more websites. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for both on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, structure, and meta data to improve search engine rankings.
  • Plan and implement technical SEO audits, providing solutions to resolve errors and improve site health.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to enhance site usability, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Build and maintain effective backlink profiles and manage outreach campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
  • Design, develop, and maintain websites using CMS platforms, with a focus on user experience and conversion rate optimization.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver high-quality website projects from concept to launch.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO with proven success in boosting search engine rankings and website traffic.
  • Strong background in website development, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Deep understanding of SEO principles, including technical SEO, link building, and content optimization.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Search Atlas, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.
  • Knowledge of web design principles with an understanding of how user experience affects SEO. Mainly WordPress and Unbounce.
  • Ability to communicate complex SEO concepts to team members.
  • Performance-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
