An Insider's view of Terakeet

Terakeet Customer Success Director Katie Romagno smiles.

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Terakeet’s commitment to work/life balance is about morale, compassion, and support. There have been many days when daycares close, when kids are sick, that I’ve been left teary-eyed and appreciative of Terakeet’s flexibility. Across the board, the team leads with comradery and support for one another.

What does career growth look like on your team?

I love that career journeys can take many shapes at Terakeet — it’s less of a career 'ladder' and more of a 'rock climbing wall'. Terakeet offers many growth paths with multiple types of leadership and contributor roles, supported by learning tools and mentorship programs that are regularly reviewed during individual career growth conversations.

Terakeet's team-wide transparency, listening, and openness is essential because we cannot innovate out of fear. We share company vision, revenue, goals, and challenges to encourage the team to share new ideas, speak truth to power, and offer feedback. What are some social events your company does?

Terakeet hosts several events that focus on togetherness, community support, and fun — despite our remote workplace. Some of my favorites are our Marc Murray Award that celebrates outstanding colleagues, fundraiser-focused events like our Ugly Sweater Party and Golf Tournament, leadership AMAs, remote team meet-ups, and hysterical scavenger hunts!
