    • Validate that content functions as designed in the LMS/LCMS environment, including launch, navigation, tracking, and completion reporting.
    • Coordinate with IT/LMS administrators to resolve technical issues related to training content configuration and delivery.
  • Library and Asset Management
    • Maintain a centralized library/repository of training artifacts, ensuring assets are logically organized and easily discoverable.
    • Manage media assets (graphics, audio, video) to ensure proper file formats, compression, and linkage to associated lessons and modules.
    • Support content reuse by maintaining modular, well-documented learning objects and templates.
  • Collaboration and Standards
    • Partner with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and project managers to ensure content structure and configuration align with instructional goals and project requirements.

    • Develop and maintain standards, guidelines, and templates for lesson plans, storyboards, SCOs, and media assets.
    • Provide guidance and training to team members on configuration practices, repository use, and content packaging workflows.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Conduct configuration and content integrity checks to ensure all required assets are present, correctly linked, and up to date.
    • Perform functional testing of training products in target environments and document defects, issues, and resolutions.
    • Ensure training artifacts and processes comply with relevant standards (e.g., SCORM/xAPI specifications, customer data requirements, internal CM procedures).
    • Support audits and reviews by providing accurate configuration records and documentation.
