SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Sentinel Program Manager to support an opportunity at Barksdale AFB, LA.

Essential Job Functions

  • Review Re-Distribution Orders and Transaction Allowance Change Requests for equipment supporting missile wings operations.
  • Produce monthly Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) and Master Change Log (MCL) reports. 
  • Determine stock levels and Low-Density Levels for weapon system parts. Determine stock levels for Single Point Failure and Operational Readiness parts on Forward Supply Points/Decentralized Material Support and initiate modifications for programmed depot maintenance and Sentinel deployment.
  • Develop Sentinel weapon system configuration controls for maintenance data on assets, incorporate programmatic changes, and establish guidelines for programmed depot maintenance and Sentinel deployment.
  • Develop and publish Engineering Technical Assistance Requests (ETARs). 
  • Determine mitigations for Sentinel weapon shortfalls and required readiness levels.
  • Develop, track, and analyze current and past anomalies; characterize risk and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide expertise for development of Sentinel Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) maintenance concepts and programs.
  • Scheduling background (e.g., maintenance, Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM), or operations scheduling).
Qualifications

Minimum Position Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years' ICBM Logistics/Maintenance/Sustainment experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years' Nuclear Munitions Management experience.
  • Possess Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
