Northrop Grumman is seeking an enthusiastic and technically proficient Principal / Sr. Principal Software Engineer to join our team as a SharePoint Developer. This position will be located in Roy, Utah. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable background in developing and maintaining frontend web / SharePoint solutions using React, along with familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks and methods. This role requires a combination of independent problem-solving skills, technical acumen, and the capacity to contribute effectively to project teams.
What You'll Get To Do:
Develop custom web parts, extensions, and applications within the SharePoint environment, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Independently determine and develop approaches to technical solutions under general direction.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Primary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
