YOUR MISSION
Responsibility for the design, execution, and continuous development of sensory programs in close collaboration with R&D/NPD, Ingredient Portfolio, and Flavor & Applications teams
Sensory evaluation of ingredients and products, definition of flavor profiles, and active contribution to application and flavor evaluations
Maintenance and further development of sensory data, descriptors, lexicons, and flavor libraries across teams and regions
Analysis, interpretation, and communication of sensory results to relevant stakeholders, with continuous expansion of flavor and category expertise
YOUR BACKGROUND
Completed university degree in Food Science, Nutritional Science, or a comparable field
Several years of industry experience in the food, flavor, or fragrance environment with a strong focus on sensory evaluation
Experience in conducting sensory tests and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Very good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
Highly organized and resilient professional with an independent, structured and detail-oriented working style, capable of thriving in an international environment
Active participation in group-wide projects
Very good English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages (especially German) are a plus

Skills Required
