For our location in Kroellendorf we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join us as Sensory Expert (all genders).

THIS IS A NEWLY ESTABLISHED ROLE THAT OFFERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO ACTIVELY SHAPE PROCESSES, STRUCTURES, AND WAYS OF WORKING FROM THE GROUND UP!

YOUR MISSION

  • Responsibility for the design, execution, and continuous development of sensory programs in close collaboration with R&D/NPD, Ingredient Portfolio, and Flavor & Applications teams

  • Sensory evaluation of ingredients and products, definition of flavor profiles, and active contribution to application and flavor evaluations

  • Maintenance and further development of sensory data, descriptors, lexicons, and flavor libraries across teams and regions

  • Analysis, interpretation, and communication of sensory results to relevant stakeholders, with continuous expansion of flavor and category expertise

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Completed university degree in Food Science, Nutritional Science, or a comparable field

  • Several years of industry experience in the food, flavor, or fragrance environment with a strong focus on sensory evaluation

  • Experience in conducting sensory tests and excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Very good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage

  • Highly organized and resilient professional with an independent, structured and detail-oriented working style, capable of thriving in an international environment

  • Active participation in group-wide projects

  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages (especially German) are a plus

Skills Required
