- Define and deliver product roadmaps to provide users with the best experience while complying with required regulations around the world;
- Responsible for the design of core product modules;
- Define and analyze indicators to guide product development;
- Follow up the entire process of the project, work with designers and engineers to develop detailed product specifications, drive global product releases and lead testing programs;
- Plan, organize and launch new products and features to the market based on global vision and user experience;
- Competitor analysis and market research to understand the overall market situation, including competitors and potential partners.
- Experience in web3 wallet products or related work;
- Good communication skills, practical thinking and teamwork spirit: motivated to initiate and lead in collaborative teams;
- Able to understand and evaluate engineering, design and schedule trade-offs, and manage product backlogs with priority thinking;
- Passionate about web3 and blockchain innovation;
- A keen eye for good design and user experience;
- Experienced in project management across multiple technical teams;
