Job Description

Are you passionate about creating frictionless digital experiences and empowering employees to get the most out of their business tools? Join us as a Senior or Principal Product Manager and shape the future of our digital adoption platform—an essential pillar of our business.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead the vision and strategy for a product that helps employees become more productive and efficient across the enterprise software landscape.

🌟 What You’ll Do

  • Define the future of digital adoption: Lead cross-functional teams to create the next generation of tools that optimize software experiences, eliminate friction, and enhance productivity in digital workplaces.
  • Solve real user problems: Identify valuable and viable solutions to key customer challenges.
  • Bridge design and engineering: Partner with product designers to ensure usability and collaborate with engineers to guarantee technical feasibility.
  • Own the roadmap: Set a clear product strategy and build alignment across Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Technical Services, and Leadership.
  • Become the go-to expert: Be the internal and external evangelist for your product by mastering market trends, user behaviors, product analytics, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback.
  • Drive delivery excellence: Lead agile ceremonies, manage product operations, oversee backlog prioritization, craft clear documentation, publish release notes, and support training initiatives.

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent. 
  • 7+ years of experience as Product Manager in a B2B software company.  
  • Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or application observability solutions
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven. 
  • Strong analytical skills or experience in data analytics, data science, data mining or data modeling. 
  • Extremely passionate about solving challenging real-life problems.  
  • Proven ability to engage, communicate and present to various stakeholders such as engineers, designers, company leaders and customers in a constructive and collaborative relationship. 
  • Professional-level English, spoken and written.  
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing executive stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Experience as product manager for observability, application monitoring or data mining products. 
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment while building extensible and scalable solutions.   
  • Proven experience in setting strategy, creating and releasing a product, ideally a B2B product.
