Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and will be responsible for delivering a differentiated product that addresses a business need and represents a viable business opportunity. You will work alongside our team of world class product managers, engineers, data analysts and data scientists to drive the recommendation platform across the consumer experience from search to recommendation models to targeting. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and execute the priorities for the Data Science team to focus on as it relates to Storefront
  • Rebuild our search experience and own an internal search platform
  • Work cross-functionally with business, UI/UX, data science, engineering to prioritize development work and achieve roadmaps across platforms
  • Be the scrum master and product owner (define stories and detailed specifications) in the data science/recommendation and search team sprints
  • Oversee UAT and signoff for all data science models launched related to the consumer site experience
  • Define and then create the ideal Quince search experience
  • Focus on CRO opportunities across the discovery flow
  • Define and monitor KPIs, making quick adjustments to ensure strong performance
  • Plan and manage a roadmap of constant A/B testing to optimize key metrics 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Overall 6+ years of experience with at least 3 years working with a technical data science team in the consumer space
  • Experience working on a search service
  • Track record of growth in prior roles
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion to answer Product/Engineering questions with data
  • Capable of tackling very loosely defined problems

We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.

Pay Range
$60,000$200,000 USD
