About the role

Analog Design Engineer is a role in this organization is an opportunity to influence strategy, topology and architecture, and core IP development at the most fundamental levels. This is a team environment that allows individuals to apply their experience and passion to a new venture. What you will do

• Accountable to develop and introduce products and technologies according to Customer Requirement Specification and meeting relevant quality and cost targets to support the Business Group’s Signal Conversion product portfolio

• Build systematic level behavior model and design whole chip at transistor level to meet part definition

• Cooperate with layout engineer for physical design such as floorplan, ESD design

• Work with test engineer for probe / final test and debug

• Work with validation team to finish silicon validation to release the part to market

• Create a culture of innovation, working at pace to generate novel technology concepts

• Work with the Product R&D leadership team to collaborate and share best practices

• Accountable to suggest and influence innovative products and product enhancements to better meet customer / consumer needs.

What you will need

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Above 5-10 years of relevant experience in sensing, interface, or Isolation Products

• Familiar with Cadence design & simulation tools

• Deep understand for semiconductor devices and BCD process flow

• Experience in handling Top level designs as a Circuit Design Lead. Ability to work on design architecture definition and translating specifications to block level.

• Experience in transistor level design of any of these products: Sigma-delta modulators, DC-DC Converters, Galvanic Isolation products

• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions

• Strong time management skills that enable on time project delivery

• Ability to take the initiative and drive results

• Strong verbal and written English skills Good oral and written English communication skills
