As a Workday Integrations Consultant you will:

Leverage your business acumen and technical expertise to partner with clients, aligning requirements with Workday solutions

Lead integration design sessions with clients to define desired business outcomes

Advise, develop, test, deploy, and manage Workday integration solutions
-
Guide clients through the intersection of business and IT solutions, providing efficient and effective options to streamline operations

Develop detailed integration and process designs that bring solutions to life

Navigate projects of varying size, complexity, and interdependency

Be resourceful, innovative, efficient, and deliver with confidence
Basic Qualifications
-
A passion for technical challenges combined with Workday integrations experience, including with Workday Studio
-
Proficiency in XML, XSLT and web service technologies such as REST, SOAP, and more
-
Deep understanding of Workday’s Integration Toolset

Exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical topics into simple, easy to understand language
-
Expertise in building strong partnerships and embracing a team-oriented approach to drive collective success
-
Thrive in a fast-paced and engaging environment while delivering to timelines and mitigating risks

Must live in the United States and be authorized to work without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications

Workday consulting experience in either an internal/customer or external/partner role
-
Prior Workday HCM deployment experience as an integration workstream lead

Experience with Workday Prism or Extend

Bachelor’s degree

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $100,000 - $175,000. Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
