The Associate role in the Horizons Program offers a paid apprenticeship to gain skills in the Workday ecosystem. Participants will receive comprehensive training, earn a Workday HCM Certification, and gain experience in HR disciplines and business analysis, ultimately leading to placement with a client in the Workday ecosystem.
