We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Executive Workforce Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role involving analyzing workload forecasts, employee availability, and compliance requirements to develop accurate schedules. The scheduler will collaborate with managers and team leads to adjust plans as needed, monitor adherence, and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly.   • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, changes, and approvals.
  • Provide regular reports on staffing levels and scheduling efficiency.
  • Continuously improve scheduling processes and recommend system enhancements.

  • Proven experience in workforce scheduling, resource planning, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and workforce management tools.
