Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement the territory distribution plan covering 100+ BTS sites and 2,000+ distribution outlets; supervise day-to-day activities of distributor workforce; evaluate distributor field force performance and ROI; ensure optimum availability of products (SIM, I-Top Up, scratch card, M-Wallet) to achieve sales and recharge targets. (35% of time)
- Prepare monthly/weekly visit plans; check RSO sales activities and POSM visibility; ensure retailer contribution to new acquisitions; monitor retailer profitability; gather competitor intelligence; identify and onboard new retailers to expand coverage under low-utilisation sites (LUS). (40% of time)
- Check POSM availability and placement; monitor trade marketing field force activities and provide guidance to ensure brand visibility. (5% of time)
- Analyse new acquisition trends, I-Top Up and scratch card sales; maintain average daily recharge (ADR) at distributor and retailer level; manage required channel fill (SIM) at distributor house to prevent out-of-stock situations. (10% of time)
- Randomly check service-related documents per BTRC and company guidelines; ensure timely collection and submission of SAF, legal ID and subscriber documents; rectify anomalies through SAF runners, data entry operators and RSOs; take corrective and proactive measures to restrict VOIP connections. (10% of time)

Academic Qualification- Graduation / BBA from any UGC-approved institution.
- Minimum 8–9 years of total experience, with at least 3–4 years of relevant experience in distribution sales with exposure to different market types (Urban, Rural, Large, and Emerging markets).
- Good knowledge of distribution sales and channel management.
- Experience in selling across a variety of market types — Urban, Rural, Large, and Emerging markets.
- Sound knowledge of telecom products, services, and market demography.
- Good insight into trade marketing activities and POSM management.
- Skill in training field force (on-the-job and off-the-job training).
- Basic computer proficiency: MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (internal and external).
