Manages telecom distribution sales across 100+ BTS sites and 2,000+ outlets in Bangladesh. Responsibilities include territory planning, distributor workforce supervision, retailer onboarding, sales and recharge target achievement, POSM and brand visibility monitoring, competitor intelligence, channel inventory management, field-force training, and compliance with subscriber documentation and regulatory requirements.

Leads enterprise-wide sales and distribution performance management, including KPI governance, productivity benchmarking, AI/ML analytics, dashboards, compliance, budgeting, ROI optimization, and trade-spend governance. Partners with senior leaders to turn business data into growth recommendations and builds a high-performing analytics and governance team. The role requires strong telecom sales-channel expertise, knowledge of incentives and territory productivity, financial acumen, governance discipline, and experience with analytical and AI applications.

Provide legal and regulatory advice on telecom operations, government policies, compliance, audits, data privacy, commercial contracts, disputes, and strategic business expansion. Draft and negotiate contracts and regulatory correspondence, monitor legal developments, assess risks, support regulatory engagements, and ensure business activities comply with applicable laws and company policies.
