Join our Global Social Media Team in Salzburg, Austria and play a pivotal role in the strategy, ideation, development, production and delivery of content for Red Bull’s YouTube network of channels, while acting as a central source of expertise and education for stakeholders across the business.
IN A NUTSHELL
In this role, you'll work as part of a centralized team of experts in Salzburg, Austria to optimize content for YouTube and support in the end to end production of content that strives for organic reach on the platform. You’ll use insights and analytics to shape creative strategies, learn how to make better videos for YouTube, and translate these learnings into clear and actionable guidance. You’ll bring a meticulous approach to content creation, combining creativity, editorial intuition and innovation with a deep understanding of the YouTube creator and publishing landscape.
INNOVATIVE YOUTUBE CONTENT
You’ll support with the creation of authentic, high-impact YouTube content that resonates with new and existing audiences. You’lll apply a deep understanding of YouTube storytelling, titles, and thumbnails to shape content that stands apart from traditional formats and drives growth.
END TO END CONTENT PRODUCTION
You’ll support in shaping productions from concept to release, offering creative direction and YouTube-specific expertise throughout the process. You’ll support teams on scripting, shoots, and edits to ensure content is tailored for clicks, retention, and audience growth. Provide and engage a strong network of production partners globally.
YOUTUBE EDUCATION & NETWORK YOUTUBE CHANNELS
You’ll champion YouTube best practices across markets, leading workshops and sharing insights that empower creators, athletes, and teams to continually improve content performance. Supporting the business in improving our collective knowledge of YouTube development.
You’ll partner with Red Bull’s global network of channels to maximise performance on YouTube. You’ll share creative expertise in scripting, titling, editing, and on-site production, ensuring all Red Bull YouTube content is optimised for clicks, watch time, and audience retention.
Qualifications6+ Years of end to end YouTube content production and a strong portfolio of YouTube videos that demonstrate success and growth.
Solid experience in all stages of the content production process and a sound understanding of cameras and shooting best practice.
Amazing writing skills for developing scripts and shoot beats.
Strong video editing skills and video FX understanding. Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of YouTube content best practice, including titles and thumbnails.
Team-player mentality with a genuine interest in Red Bull's sports and cultural properties and a willingness to explore and try new things.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.334 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
