This position is under Services TTS Operations Technology (OpsTech) Group , to help the implementation of next generation Digital Automation Platform and Workflow Technologies. The Candidate is required to possess relevant experience in managing development teams in the distributed systems Eco-System and should be a strong team player.
We are looking for and experienced hands-on Xceptor and Celonis developer with very good understanding of ETL technologies and working knowledge of MS SQL/Oracle DB. The candidate must also demonstrate a good command over Xceptor and Celonis and must be willing to learn new technologies
Responsibilities:
- Strong technology skills including extensive exposure to C#, .NET, SQL server, Oracle and ETL tools like Xceptor
- Strong exposure to Celonis (On-Prem and Cloud) with experience in creating dashboards and process mining data models
- Builds robust and scalable data pipelines to collect, manage, and transform source data into usable information for business analysts.
- Design the database and data models to transform Complex Data into Celonis readable format.
- Understand visual representations of data and build underlying table structure /data model
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and partner technology teams.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Exposure to Agile Development Lifecycle, Code reviews, test case reviews and ensure code developed meets the
- requirements, Component Design/Coding/Unit Testing/Debugging.
- Experience on s/w design patterns and architecture, ETL, SQL, design thinking, automation tools, connectivity protocols, API etc
- Experience in CI/CD such as Team City, uDeploy etc.
- Scripting knowledge such as PowerShell
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to understand and articulate the business problem and identify key objectives and deliverables.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- High attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently given general guidance.

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
